ZŠ Mendelova, školní šachový tým

Newest evidence

Teams of the school played in the Prague school teams championship (Přebor Prahy družstev škol) that the Prague Chess Federation runs, in two editions on the tournament server: in 2025 in the qualification of 28 and 29 January (lower secondary, "Prostě Mendelka"), and in 2026 in the qualification of 27 and 28 January (lower secondary, "Prostě Mendelka 1" and "Prostě Mendelka 2"). The Federation's reports print the date of each event; which of the two qualification days each group played is not printed. The label "Prostě Mendelka" is read as this school, which calls itself "Mendelka" in its own paper on its values. The team lists and the Federation's reports are the only dated chess trace, so the entry stays unconfirmed. The championship is played at the Hotel Don Giovanni, not at the school; the card records the school's team, not a session open to visitors.
